The MG Car Club held their annual 3-day meeting at Silverstone race course in the UK from 20th to 22nd June.

It was the first time I’d been to this event, and fortunately the weather on the Saturday was absolutely fantastic. Managed to see a whole heap of MGF’s, TF’s as well as the older cars. There were a lot of dealers there – it was especially good if you had an older car that you needed parts for.

The only downside was that I didn’t get to see any Chromaflare MGF’s/TF’s, since I’ve got my eye on one of those for the future!

Next weekend is the MG Car Club event at Silverstone in the UK! For more information about the event – see the MGCC Homepage. It’s the biggest event in the MG calendar, and no matter what age MG you’ve got (or haven’t, in my case!), there’s plenty of stuff to see and do – including races, competitions, MG traders (so bring along some pocket money!), and displays of all the models. It should be awesome!
